After giving a birth I had a very weak pelvic floor and have been referred to physiotherapy at Church Lane clinic. My physiotherapist Lovely Figueroa (Aivy) was absolutely amazing. She taught me, guided and helped me to strengthen my pelvic floor muscles significantly in just 6 months. She also managed to build my confidence back. I couldn’t recommend her enough! Such a passionate and dedicated physiotherapist. A huge thank you from the bottom of my heart for everything that you done for me!
