I wanted to pass on my kind thoughts to a member of your team I have been seeing for the last 7 months.
I have been under the care of Melanie Underwood in Madeley Telford this year due to an ongoing pelvic and vagina problem which has resulted in planned surgery this year.

I found this matter very upsetting and painful both emotionally and physically and my symptoms really hard to come to terms with and explain.

Melanie made the whole matter extremely easy comfortable and allowed me to express what I needed to say on each visit she was professional emphatic and kind and I was able to tell her everything that I was thinking and explore with her possible remedies and any troubleshooting.

I would go as far as to say that if it wasn’t for the kindness and understanding Melanie showed on each visit I would not have been able to have coped as well as I have my medical condition and my prognosis has not changed since the start, however it’s the exploration of it and the coming to terms with it that I was able to share with Melanie that has allowed me to change my mind set on the situation and put me in a position where I can accept and include the surgery which I have agreed to do.

As it stands, I am not due to see Melanie again as this stage pending surgery, but I wanted to pass on to you my compliments to her amazing professionalism in this matter. I hope that this email reaches her manager and the team leaders as well as Melanie.

I know she is currently expecting a child and therefore due to go off on maternity leave I would like to wish her all the very best for her future professionally and personally.”

The clinic is a bright, clean and relaxing environment. All the staff is very, very helpful, warm and welcoming at all times. Parking is easy and I am always seen immediately on arrival. Both receptionists are very accommodating and friendly and Richard and Mel are always professional and reassuring.

I have used his service for over 14 years. The team is fabulous, skilled and will always go the extra mile. Despite relocating over 90 miles away, I still come back to Church Lane Physiotherapy Clinic Ltd at least every 6 weeks for body TLC. Would not go anywhere else. It took me over 5 years to find such a great service, I won’t be changing now!

Absolutely brilliant service. It does not matter who you see, there is consistency and continuity of treatment. I have had ankle, knee and back problems, all treated well. I have no doubt the attention here has speeded my recovery in all three incidents significantly, I have no hesitation in coming back and recommending this service to others.

Dear Richard, good news! I now have no pain in my fingers or in my chest. The only discomfort now is post-operative related and will in time heal. I can’t tell you how good it feels to know that what I’ve been through over the last 3 years and 5 months is finally at an end. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for all your support over the past 3 years. Without your support and persistence, I would not be where I am today. I would be stuck on a cocktail of pain relieving drugs. Thank you for believing me, listening and never doubting me it meant so much, particularly when others doubted me.

You really kept me going and kept me sane (how, I don’t know). Thank you for trying so hard to pursue the cause of my pain, never giving up. I am eternally grateful as is Ian. He says he now has his wife back and is delighted. Finally, a massive thank you to all the team. Particularly, your receptionists, who have been always efficient, friendly and did their best to fit appointments around work and thank you also to Tosh for the acupuncture at very short notice which made my honeymoon possible and helped me to cope.

My first visit was to access my problems ..it followed on with exercises and advise ..Each visit thereafter was informative and extremely helpful . After giving a birth I had a very weak pelvic floor and have been referred to physiotherapy at Church Lane clinic. My physiotherapist Lovely Figueroa (Aivy) was absolutely amazing. She taught me, guided and helped me to strengthen my pelvic floor muscles significantly in just 6 months. She also managed to build my confidence back. I couldn’t recommend her enough! Such a passionate and dedicated physiotherapist. A huge thank you from the bottom of my heart for everything that you done for me!
